How did we get here so fast?....This is how my November started
I really loved how that looked, but then had lots of other things on in November and only just considered how to embellish it yesterday. In the end the easy option was just to add a heap of rub-ons.
This is the final spread
I began my December spread knowing I wanted it to look glittery and green/gold for Christmas. First stop was to spray the pages. The first layer was the Bright yellow-green airbrush paint I purchased in Wellington.
Realised after that I shouldn't have wasted the spray. Oh well - was a nice smooth base. Then oversprayed through lovely Crafters Workshop stencil "Arabesque" with starburst spray Saxifrage Olive Copper. Loving that shimmer.
Then I needed to stamp December in gold - that's with Lumiere Sunset Gold.
For the journalling, I decided to just go with some lovely paper I've been saving.
The flaps open to write inside each day....I will be adding some gorgeous appropriate images but I don't want to rush that.
Call back in January to see it all completed.
See the other entries for this month at The Kathryn Wheel or check out the flickr group. And I hope you have a wonderful December ;-)

ReplyDeleteYou are a TRUE artist. I love how you stamped November's pages. I am also impressed with the Dec. pages. I'm sure they will be lovely when finished. BTW, I never decorate my pages until the end of the month. I allow the month to dictate my decorations. Of course, mine are not nearly as great as yours.
