Started this spread with a Julie Nutting stamp from a friend. They are nice in the journal because they remind me of her visit, and they were fun to play with. I used washi tape to start adding colour to them.
This time my spread developed a bit more randomly - including things I've been playing with like my gelli printing - this is 2 prints, the second cut and layered on the other background.
Lots of writing of events as fourth term sports begin - there's a lot been going on this week
I am still enjoying this process very much - seeing what comes out when I sit down. Not worrying if it's just words, or if I miss a day. Liking that just looking at a page without even reading it reminds me of what we've been doing - like the daffodil sticker below collected from the Man Show.
When I don't have the time or inclination to spend a good amount of time in the studio, this satisfies my creative needs.
You can see my other calendar journaling pages in my Flickr set.
J'adore!!
